The customer service remains outstanding and I appreciate the frequent updates on the status of my vehicle. My husband and I are exceptionally pleased with the final delivery of our car and truck. I recommend AutoNation Collision Center to anyone who is in need of a vehicle repair from wreck, hail damage or vender bender. I have worked with Jason for many years and he has always been very customer focused, easy to talk to and listens very well. This is the same standard of customer service for the entire company. The front office personnel always does a very good job finalizing my paperwork. Although I don’t interact with the technicians who perform the work, their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and final product is at a very high level of satisfaction. Great job always.

I took my Ford Explorer in because of a recall. Tim McKnight was my advisor and he was great! I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired. Tim kept me updated on the progress and when the work was completed he called me and they delivered my vehicle and picked up the loaner. Great customer service! OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine. They are not just polite or professional, they look for real world solutions for real world issues and are 100% human through it all. They do not candy coat or placate they solve, they find, they create. They work as a team to really help and I have not met one person here who deviates from that standard. Inspiring!
