I work with Matt S. on buying a used truck. My situation is rather un usual because I live in Alaska, so trying to buy without being on site to look it over, driving myself, etc.. is difficult. Matt however, did and excellent job of taking several videos, explaining everything and test driving it for me. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him and this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Should have been a 5 but my truck sat in lot for hours on Thursday with no call Thursday night that it was ready. I needed it to tow my boat Friday and found a way around that. Let him know I'd be by to pick it up Friday afternoon before hearing back it was ready. Great service other than that

In mid August 2025 I worked with a salesman named Dylan Parry and put down $1,000 on a used 2020 8 passenger van. I wish like heck I could have moved ahead with this purchase. I did not do my homework ahead of time for my new business start up was the problem. I needed a low interest SBA loan to make it workout. All my interaction with this dealership were very positive, even when I explained I could not complete my side of the sales agreement.

It is rare, to experience integrity and kindness, so quietly. I was just about to drive off Kendall Fords lot, with my used 2013 Ford Edge. A recent trade in, it was sold as is. But at the last minute, my salesman, Jeremy, said that his boss , Kioshie wanted to fix the brakes first, as his mechanic had recommended that it would be needed soon. I thought it was good of them, so they drove me home. A couple days later, Jeremy called and said they were sending someone with a loaner, as they had to wait on parts to arrive. A beautiful 2025 Bronco by the way, so I was in no hurry. It turned out the mechanic discovered something else that need attention, and they weren’t going to send me home, until everything was safe… They didn’t need to do any of that, as I had already paid in full, and had bought it as is. It took a while, and they never asked for an additional dime, I am nobody special, and they went the extra mile for me, to make sure my car was safe…I am not sure what else they had to do, besides the brakes, as they did it without any fanfare, but their honesty, kindness, and integrity, made me feel safe…and Special ! Thank you, Kendall Ford!

Nick at Evergreen set the gold standard for sales! What I appreciated most is he actually cared about getting me into the right truck, not just the one I came in thinking I wanted. He offered to set me up with a test drive for a different option I wasn’t really considering, and it ended up being exactly what I needed. He’s super personable, respectful, and just goes the extra mile in ways you don’t expect. My trade-in had these loud yellow and black construction stickers on it from when I bought it at used, and he parked my old truck next to the new one and took an awesome picture for me. It’s honestly my favorite photo of that truck now. He even measured the stickers and found the same ones online in case I wanted to put them on the new truck. Just an all-around great experience. Couldn’t recommend him more.
