Seemed 1 1/4 hours for an appointment oil change and tire rotation is long. Like the car wash. Nice to see so many folks come to check you in. Would be nice if they reset your navigation screen back to where you had it after they update the oil change. I had to play with it quite a bit to get it back to mph. Not sure if I will get my points in the Ford Pass as I checked and didn't see it but will give it 30 days.

Service was great and very timely I love the shuttle service. I have 20,000 miles on my car and the guy checking tires is like you need new tires soon. I asked what the life span of these tires are and his response was 55,0000 miles but Michelson are not good they come on the new vehicles and do not last. I felt he was on commission for tire sales. I would definitely get other estimates on tire quality and life span from other places before getting tires from your dealer ship. The approach was a complete turn off.
