I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it

What can I say that hasn't already been said? This is THE best Ford dealership. Fantastic customer service, repairs done efficiently and correctly the first time, excellent and honest sales people and service advisors (Mark O'Bryant and Jim Burton for example). Also kudos to Ford Motor Company for taking care of their customers, including no charge for loaner vehicles and no charges for certain very expensive repairs even after warranty expiration. Highly recommended!
