I choose the vehicle I wanted from the website called and Skopje a representative and discussed price and I agreed. I closed the deal and paid for the vehicle the next day and drove it home. I signed the paper and was out of the dealership in about 40 minutes. The reason that occurred was due to the hard work of my Dealership and the personnel that handled the deal that made it so effortless to purchase a great vehicle.

If I could give zero stars I would. They add to the contract stating you NEED to have them in order to purchase the vehicle and then don’t provide support documents for said coverage. The warranty company they use also has horrible reviews. Trying to get an answer from them is next to impossible. I’m on day 2 of trying to get help. Go somewhere else for a vehicle.

Purchased a 2024 GMC 2500 Denali Ultimate online. Salesman almost lost the deal over a xx $2000 fee to have ceramic coating done and a tracking GPS. Although I wanted neither they added it and wouldn’t remove the GPS as I requested. Then I asked about scratches and was lied to. Was told one minor scratch on the bumper. Vehicle had significant scratches and a few dents when I flew down to get the truck. Nothing was ready when I told them I would arrive at 9am. I was driving back to my home state 750 miles away and was stuck there for 2 hours. I would not recommend dealing with this shady operation especially if spending the kind of money I did on a vehicle with 19k miles and certified pre-owned, allegedly.

Normally, I view buying a vehicle as a stressful experience, but when I walked into this place and talked with the sales person and the finance manager, it was perfect. No stress, they were very friendly. They were very professional. They were on top of everything and made it just simple and easy and I absolutely enjoyed spending the time with them and getting this taken care of and getting a new vehicle. With excellent customer service like that I would recommend this dealership to anyone and we’ll go back myself.

I bought a 2013 Cadillac CT6 From Mike Smith Volkswagen Used Cars in 2023. I paid the total in cash and cashier's check, so I own it free and clear. Here it is 03/24 and I did get new plates but never received the title in my name. Every time I call, they tell me I need to file for a lost title. More expense on my part for their lack of doing their business. All the other places I've bought from, I would get the title at time of purchase or within a week. I will never do business there again and I suggest everyone stay away from them. Totally dissatisfied. May just run the caddy through the front window and leave it.

⭐ 1/5 – Misled, insulted, and kicked out Called ahead to confirm they took motorcycle trade-ins — they said yes. Drove out with my bike, only to be told they don’t. No apology, no solution, just a dismissive “sorry” and a manager who said I was “xxxxxxxx and complaining” when I calmly called out the lie. Then another guy — the manager’s dad, apparently — got in my face, telling me to “watch your mouth” after I said they were acting like goofballs. Totally unprofessional and borderline threatening. They don’t care about customers — only if they think they’re getting paid. Avoid this place.

I bought a Dodge Challenger and a Jeep grand Cherokee from this dealership. It was an awesome experience all the way around. The sales and management department were awesome in buying the vehicles. The service department was so great. They treated us like family. A few weeks ago I bought a 2025 ram 2500 from Big Star Dodge in Webster. Big mistake!!! Once they got the money, they didn’t give a xxxx about me. I got home and I noticed that the chrome on the rear driver side door handle was missing. I contacted them and they said they would take care of it. Nobody called me back. I contacted my Sales Man Dennis Wright. He said he would take care of it. Nothing!! I called again and I was transferred to the service department. Service department gave me a phone number to send pictures. Nothing no response. After about six calls, I asked to speak to the GM. Of course he’s not available. I told them I was about to come down there. The GM finally called me back when I was busy at work. His name is Kenny Young. He left a snide reply on my voicemail. I called him back and he would not return my call. I would never recommend Big Star Chrysler Jeep ram to family or friends. Not even my enemies.

Very upset with service department. The manager could care less. I spent over $2k on service and they could not even get engine light to come off on my wife’s car. One excuse after another and their service agents literally just read from a computer generated service sheet. Manager is a joke and basically told me he does not what is going on and he is just there to do payroll. Your experience has forced us to never consider another Hyundai ever again. Sad that in a tough economy you are ripping people off in that service department. The quote that wins it all is last thing the agent said to us was “it is not safe to drive and tech estimates full breakdown in 1 month”. Wants us to spend another $6k on service. Buyers beware of this dealer.

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. - Very disappointed customer

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error
