My salesman Dale was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. He made sure I understood every detail about the vehicle and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decision. I originally came in with a pre-approval from Bank of America at a 7.8% APR, and with my excellent credit, I thought that was as good as I could get. However, Kenny in finance went the extra mile and managed to beat that rate, securing me a 6% APR. Not only did this save me a significant amount of money on interest over the life of the loan, but it also lowered my monthly payment, which was a huge relief. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process quick and easy. I’ve worked with many dealerships in the past for different vehicles, and by far, Tasca Buick GMC Woonsocket has me hooked. What stood out the most is that they truly have the customer’s best interest at heart. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care set them apart from the rest. If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer service, works hard to get you the best deal, and makes you feel taken care of, I highly recommend asking for Dale and Kenny.
