I don’t feel that I was treated fairly and honestly. I made an appointment. 1.5 hours waiting and waiting for them to diagnose a ‘brake malfunction’ issue which I think automatically came up at around 30,000 miles. The light kept coming on and beeping at me so I decided to check it out. (My mechanic had told me there was no issue with the brakes.) No reason to take that long for a diagnostic testing. This dealership recommended a brake flush claiming this was a necessary item to get done immediately. When I declined because of the time constraint (was in middle of a work day), 20 minutes later before they released the car they said oh the diagnostic guy wants to get paid for his time like $185 but if you do the brake flush then you’ll only pay for that (like $250!) and we will waive the diagnostic fee. So what am I supposed to do then- they are holding my car hostage and if I come back or go to a different mechanic and there is indeed a brake fluid issue then who knows what I’ll end up paying. So they did the work (ANOTHER half hour) which is $60 of fluid and what they claim is $189 for labor which is baloney because they work on other cars while working on mine just to charge the fee. What a waste of my time 2+ hours. They tried selling me other expensive services which I declined. I will never come back here and also will never lease a Mazda again. Too many complaints over 2 years I’ve had this vehicle.

Jared assisted me tremendously in picking the right car, and detailed all of the specifics of the process and the car itself extremely well. Every interaction we had was genuine and made the entire car buying process super easy and comfortable. Alejandro guided me through financing the car, and he gave an amazing breakdown off a plan that worked best for me. He just like Jared was very knowledgeable and they were both incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment I first got to the front desk to when I drove the car off of the lot, the process was enlightening, informative, and easy. Thank you to the entire Garden City Mazda Team!

Went to this dealership with the full intention on leasing a CX30. There were none on site to look at and was shown similar but more expensive models. Then salesman told me to go home and research exactly what terms I want. In my many years of leasing cars, I’ve never been told to leave without making a deal. I was told the car I wanted was en route from Japan. I left my phone number and said call me when the car arrives. It’s 9 days later and no call. Meanwhile, I did as the salesman instructed. I went online, found another dealership and leases the car from them. PS Probably the most unattractive dealerships I’ve ever been in. Very unwelcoming atmosphere.

Avoid Riley Mazda at all costs. Their service department is completely unorganized, leaderless, and incompetent. Jeremy and his Service manager, Chris, are liars who have zero sense of customer service. I dropped off the car for a simple software update at 7:30 AM, and now, 6 hours later, they haven't even looked at the car.  If I had been told it would be an all-day affair, I would have asked for a loaner.  Now I am stranded, and Jeremy and Chris couldn't care less.  I obviously will never work with these clowns again.

I had a great experience with this dealership. They were super accomodating. Called about a vehicle I saw online and was assisted by Jessica. She kept an open line of communication with me and promptly answered any question I had and met all of my needs during the process. The finance manager, Gabe, was just as helpful. Even needed some paperwork after I received the vehicle and he sent me everything I needed within a day. I am very grateful for my experience with buying my vehicle through this dealership. Due to a conflicting work schedule they even delivered the car right to my door. Would highly recommend!
