Avoid Riley Mazda at all costs. Their service department is completely unorganized, leaderless, and incompetent. Jeremy and his Service manager, Chris, are liars who have zero sense of customer service. I dropped off the car for a simple software update at 7:30 AM, and now, 6 hours later, they haven't even looked at the car. If I had been told it would be an all-day affair, I would have asked for a loaner. Now I am stranded, and Jeremy and Chris couldn't care less. I obviously will never work with these clowns again.
