Courtney is very helpful and respectful. She was able to take my car in at the last minute and with in an hour the diagnosis was obtained. Due to the lack of parts needed she requested I come back the next day and they would have my parts. I brought back my car the next morning and my car was fixed quickly. I guess I was in the lounge for an hour or so and the car was brought out to the curb by a tech.

However, Dave had the vehicle checked out and advised it did needed a new shifter. He advised us of the estimated time for repairs and also contacted Ally about possible coverage. David as always kept us updated all the way through the process.
