The inventory at the dealership was extensive, and I was able to find the car that I wanted at the first visit. Additionally, the staff was courteous, professional and very attentive. Lastly, I am very pleased with my purchase, and the car is beautiful! I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Bill Favini at RBM of Alpharetta.

I worked with 4 different MB dealers in a 250 mile radius. Finn was the only one to immediately call me back and work to earn my business. I was purchasing remotely which he immediately adapted to and was willing to accommodate me. It couldn’t have been an easier negotiation and transaction whereas all of the other dealers were in no hurry to sell me a vehicle. I would absolutely purchase from Finn again. He’s one of the few professionals in the industry and the team around him was equally as professional.

I feel that my experience was second to none. Granted, I did a great deal of research before stepping foot in your dealership or any others. On my first visit I had the pleasure of being helped by Kody T. along with interactions with Lance W. Both were very professional, friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. I never felt any pressure or rush to do anything. Kody T. followed up via e-mail with a few recommendations related to the specific interests I had shared. On my second and final visit eight days later, my wife accompanied me, and we made our purchase. The purchase process went very smoothly without any surprises and upon completion of the detailing of the car, I left feeling satisfied that the whole process went well for all of us. At my age I probably won't have an opportunity to repeat the experience, but you never know.
