I explained everything that needed to be and asked to look for anything else that might need to be taken care of in the next few months. They scheduled me on a Saturday for the inspection and gave me a no pressure list of what needed to be fixed and what they suggested to be added. It was a two day process and I was given a loaner. Very simple. Very professional. Everything I expect from a business.

Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. I was an out of state buyer...I worked Marc Monroe....we negotiated over text & email a couple times and agreed on a price. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features.
