We live in Oxford and have several Jeep dealerships around us. We visited a few looking at the Wagoneer S specifically and nothing else. I specifically included all these people's names because they positively impacted our experience and will make me return as a repeat customer.
We ultimately chose their white Wagoneer S Launch Edition because they were upfront with pricing—no haggling—and offered a very fair value for our trade-in vehicle. To cap off an already great day, while we were outside taking delivery of our new vehicle, we ended up swapping stories about our college-aged kids. As it turns out, Brian’s son is an accountant, and there may even be an opportunity for our son to connect with him for an internship. It was a genuine moment that reminded us how much relationships matter—and Monroe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Superstore truly made us feel like family."
