Jose fielded all of my questions with patience and grace, demonstrating his knowledge and care. While Cabe did not have the Camry I wanted in stock, I actually considered getting a different one so I could deal with them— they were that good. Highly recommend them for all your car-buying needs.

Very nice and professional staff. My father and I were helped by a young man by the name of Andre he was able to go back and forth answering various questions and needs about purchasing a new truck. He was very polite, very knowledgeable about features on the vehicle, and overall a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from. Additionally, Sandra the General Sales Manager was a big help making sure the vehicle we spoke about over the phone was what we wanted and at a reasonable price. Both Andre and Sandra made the whole experience a very pleasant one. We spoke back and forth over a few days but at the end we were able to go home and surprise my Brother with a wonderful new car for his Birthday. The vehicle was washed, full tank of gas, and the dealership and staff were friendly and nice. Purchased Vehicle: 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4x4. If I could leave any other feedback for the dealer it would only be positive; as there was not a single problem with the whole process.

I would like to extend my highest praise 10 stars to Toyota of Santa Monica, particularly to Arnold Funes, the Internet Sales Manager. After conducting some research last night, I became interested in leasing a brand new Toyota Prius XLE. I submitted an inquiry through an automated system that notifies all Toyota dealers, and by morning, Arnold was the first to reach out to me. At 11 a.m. sharp, Arnold was ready to discuss the details. He texted me, saying, "It's Arnold from Toyota Santa Monica. We can do $3,000 down and $380 per month. That's the best offer I can provide for you." A few hours later, I was inundated with calls from various Toyota dealers across Southern California, each employing the same sales tactics. However, none of them came close to matching Arnold's offer. Even after I shared the details of Arnold's proposal, many dealers expressed skepticism and joked that I might be getting played. Ultimately, the deal went through, and I ended up with an even better offer. This dealership is genuinely committed to their customers, and Arnold's dedication and work ethic certainly deserve recognition and a raise. I wholeheartedly recommend Toyota of Santa Monica to anyone serious about leasing a new vehicle. If you're in the market, this is the place to go.

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.

I recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander and, knowing it’s an older model, I’ve been diligent about getting it serviced and cared for properly. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Toyota Torrance left me deeply disappointed and concerned for my safety. I brought my vehicle in because I noticed an oil leak, despite having just gotten an oil change, a new oil filter, and ensuring the car was safe to drive at a Toyota dealership in North Carolina less than a month prior. I scheduled an appointment and was assisted by the assistant manager NESTOR LOPEZ. From the start, the interaction was unpleasant—he was dismissive, unhelpful, and made me feel as though my concerns didn’t matter. Despite my appointment, I ended up waiting over four hours. When I returned, I was told that they “couldn’t find where the oil leak was coming from,” that my car was “a mess underneath,” and all they could do is clean the bottom and add a $15 dye test. For this, I was charged $235. I asked about my safety driving the car with an active oil leak, and NESTOR LOPEZ simply told me to “drive it 500–1000 miles and come back to recheck”. He brushed off my questions and showed no concern for my safety or the fact that I had just paid Toyota North Carolina a significant amount for related work only weeks earlier. His attitude was rude, and his comments about “that’s North Carolina, this is California” were unprofessional and dismissive. The worst part is this: the work they claimed to have done was never done. When I got home, I checked under the hood, and nothing had been cleaned as they said. A trusted family friend, a mechanic, inspected it and immediately found the real problem: two pipes soaked in oil from a transmission leak. He also discovered that my transmission fluid was completely empty—a serious safety hazard that Toyota Service never even checked. This means I was charged hundreds of dollars for nothing, left with a dangerous and unresolved problem, and treated with complete disregard by the assistant manager, NESTOR LOPEZ, overseeing my service. Had I not had someone else check my car, I could have easily destroyed my transmission or been stranded on the road. I trusted Toyota because I believed going directly to the dealership would mean quality care and genuine concern for my safety. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, overcharged, and extremely unsafe. It is unacceptable that an assistant manager would provide such poor service, fail to ensure even the most basic checks (like transmission fluid), and treat a customer with such disregard.

I schedule the recall service on 9/30/25 and dropped off.my car. The technician told me only one recall can be done today because inly one part is available. But then Tom Anderson called and said the parts are not ready and I need to pick up my car. It was waste of my time and it was unefficient and unprofessional from Toyota service department.
