I was looking for a specific vehicle (BMW X5 diesel) statewide. I found a vehicle at Weatherford and began conversing with Glenn Scheffer to learn more. Even though I was located in Southern California, Glenn made this a hassle-free experience. As I would be in town, I arranged for a test drive. The purchase process went smoothly, and I even had a chance to compare BMW’s financing to the one provided by my credit union (which I ultimately used). At no point did I feel pressured or subjected to any hard sells of the vehicle or add-ons. After taking delivery, a BMW genius contacted me to go over features of my car via Zoom. I happily recommend Weatherford BMW and Glenn Scheffer to my friends and family in the market for a BMW.

My service advisor, Bruce Wong, was very attentive and I am very happy with his service. On the other hand, I don't think the pricing policy with the tire center is client friendly. It was recommended to me that my vehicle to replace a new set of tires. I was able to find a cheaper price than what the BMW tire center had offered. In order to match it, BMW tire center needed a written quote from the other company with my name on. I just don't understand why I needed to do that when the pricing is ready available online. As a result, I skipped replacing the tires with BMW.
