MY MIRACLE This time around I could say that my experience was absolutely "AWESOME". Aundre Robertson did his very best to get me into the car I wanted. I had researched the Toyota Yaris for a year, but didn't feel that I would be approved because of my credit. As skeptical as I felt, it happened! My Miracle! I love the car and I'm not stressed. The payments are doable, the interest rate was fine based on my credit and so I feel blessed. In addition, Betheney Prince was wonderful. She was very "down to earth", efficient, a people person, professional, and very friendly. It was an easy going experience sitting with her signing the paperwork based on my other experiences. I was shocked how fast and smooth everything went and no surprises. Thank you, Toyota of Orlando, for everything you do every day for people in my financial position. It does not go unnoticed and unappreciated. Special thanks to Aundre, Betheney and Eddie!! More

Excellent service, this is the second vehicle I purchase fro m Toyota of Orlando they always try to find the way to get you on the car you want, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the process m Toyota of Orlando they always try to find the way to get you on the car you want, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the process takes too long, from the minute you pick the vehicle you want to the minute you get to get in your new car and drive home can take from four to five hours, other than that is a very pleasing experience, every one there is very nice from Nichole Peters in financial to the sales representatives on the floor.
