Making the magic happen---this is not Disney I was a Toyota owner years ago and after the service I got I walked away. On mother's Day I went back and Mike welcome me and did all he could to brin I was a Toyota owner years ago and after the service I got I walked away. On mother's Day I went back and Mike welcome me and did all he could to bring me back. Jorge Baez took it home. They made the magic happen, the only place you can get that type of service is Disney. Thanks Mike and Jorge because of you I have told 12 people that told 12 more. I know because they call me to share my experience with them. Love my TOYOTA!! More

Michael Borchers greeted me in the service lane, confirmed that he understood what I needed, gave me an accurate quote and had me in a rental car in no time. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, th confirmed that he understood what I needed, gave me an accurate quote and had me in a rental car in no time. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the process only took about 15-20 minutes. I would have preferred to have an Enterprise rental. More
