After wanting to buy a Toyota Tacoma for years, I went to the dealership looking for a used one, but was fortunate to find a new one at such a fantastic price! Manny was a wonderful sales associate, explain the dealership looking for a used one, but was fortunate to find a new one at such a fantastic price! Manny was a wonderful sales associate, explaining the value and amenities of buying one of the new Toyotas. Jamal handled the financing end and found me financing that will work well within my budget. Alicia completed the paperwork and was friendly and helpful. Staying after hours, both Manny and Alicia took care of my trade-in and ensured that my new truck was ready and waiting for me. I loved the Toyota experience and I absolutely LOVE my new Tacoma! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

From the moment I completed a search online, I had a great experience with Toyota of Orlando. They did an immediate phone follow up and invited me to come to the dealership. When my daughter& I arrived great experience with Toyota of Orlando. They did an immediate phone follow up and invited me to come to the dealership. When my daughter& I arrived at the dealership, the lady who called me introduced us to Dennis who further assisted me in finding a vehicle that suited our needs as well as my budget. He was very patient as we looked at several vehicles. We finally chose one and went inside for the financing. Jamal and Dennis worked with me with the financing , etc. They were so nice throughout the entire process. It was such a pleasure working with them. Michael Sumner worked with us in completing the paperwork and he was great, as well. They were all so knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. When i went to work the next day, I immediately began to give the best word of mouth advertising ever and will continue to do so. Thank you all so much for being so amazing throughout and even after with the follow up phone calls. It is truly appreciated. More
