In search for the new 2015 Camry SE with a smart key I have been buying my cars and referring others to Toyota of Orlando for nearly 20 years now. Always a great experience and I know many people there by their first name. This time I was helped by Tom Diaz whom I have also known for many years also. Chino helped me search the lot for that special Camry SE with a smart key and we found the last one out of nearly 40 of them. The Desk is always a hoot to go in and get a good laugh with and my Friend James Lyle always puts together the right deal as he has done many times before. I have known James for over 20 years now going way back to a previous Toyota dealership in town. More

Seriously that's it? Everything I asked for 1,2,3...woweee Scored! Touchdown... Second day at Toyato and feel like a winner!!! First time yesterday with my sister to see if she could get back into her dream ca Scored! Touchdown... Second day at Toyato and feel like a winner!!! First time yesterday with my sister to see if she could get back into her dream car... She Did! Then today to try to make it happen for me!!! We Did!!!Let's just start with Alton nicknamed Al (by me)... He was walking towards me as I exited my car and greeted me and my sister with a great big smile and handshake... Then he started chatting us up about what we were looking for... He not only listened to two sisters talking, probably at once and both going in different directions in the car lot, but he took me straight to the car I would drive off the lot, in just a few minutes.!!!! Again I say Wowee... Al took us into the store where we had the pleasure of meeting Byrdee a well dressed, well groomed and delightful young man. After I didn't think the experience could get better it did! Not only did I get exactly what I asked for and really needed in order to get my car, I got to meet the man who OKd the deal!!! Byrdee then introduced us to James who completed the Sweet Deal with contracts and signatures!!! Wow way to do business Toyota of Orlando...Thanks for my new Prius, it's gorgeous and fun to drive, oh and did I mention gets 50 miles to the gallon most of the time!!! I'll see you for service!!! More

Fantastic Personalities! I had the privilege of working with James, Bud and Jean. I must say they were outstanding. My father and fiancé were with me and although closing a de I had the privilege of working with James, Bud and Jean. I must say they were outstanding. My father and fiancé were with me and although closing a deal was very time consuming, we all had a great time. The staff were very professional and of course helpful. I'm pretty sure the guys will remember us, not because we were problematic but because I believe, we made them laugh quite a bit. Thanks guys for all your help. I was able to say goodbye to my fantastic old car, and say hello to my new one! LOL I love my new Camry, I'm having lots of fun with it. I'll see you guys again soon. =) -Ms. Vega More

Wow! What can I say.. Toyota sells great product but their customer service is awful. After spending hrs tryin to make a deal with $10,000 cash and a crefit score of 730 they did not do anything to get their customer service is awful. After spending hrs tryin to make a deal with $10,000 cash and a crefit score of 730 they did not do anything to get me the lower monthly payment I deserved. They just played the same old car dealers tricks to get me to put down $2,000 extra to get to the payment I wanted. So I walked out really frustrated and dissapointed about the whole situation and went down to Surherlin Nissan. Spoke with Marcos Gomes sales consultant i felt like as if I knew him from childhood. Straight forward guy that listen ed to my needs and gave me the deal of a lifetime all within 1:20 minutes. I got way more car with Nissan then I would of gotten with Toyota. Nissan gave me the exact payment i needed that Toyota refused to give me and also bought out my toyota which was leased with Toyota of Orlando. Unfortunately Toyota lost a good sale and a customer for life and Nissan gained one. For James you outta be selling bycycles for Mallmart! More
