The sales agent that my wife and I worked with (Barry London) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in before, during and after the test drive. He did not try to pressure us into purchasing the vehicle and was very flexible and helpful with finalizing the sale and arranging for us to pick up our new car at our convenience. The only sore spot I have with the dealership is in the area of getting information about the service and maintenance on out new GLC-300. This seems to be a grey area. Barry gave me the name and phone number of a service writer (name of Alex) at this dealership, but so far both times that I have called him I had to leave a message. I provided my personal information (phone# and email) but have never received a return call from him to answer some of my service-related questions. More
