This is going to be long, sorry. I have worked with my share of dealerships over my many years some good and some not so good. Germain Lexus is the best experience I have ever had by a very wide margin. I live in Washington and spent a great deal of time trying find exactly what I wanted in my car. I found it online at Germain (they actually had 2). The entire staff that I got to work with was simply outstanding. Terri in sales gave me all the information I requested and was engaging responsive and transparent. JB handle the financials and was a complete professional with zero pushy after market antics. Dan helped me with the shipping of the vehicle, which I had not done before. He kept me informed every step of the way, answering all of my questions (even on his day off). I received my new 2025 Lexus ES in perfect condition. Germain Lexus is the absolute best. Thank you to all of the team for you exceptional customer service and a truly wonderful buying experience. Lexus accused me of doing something with the steering wheel that I didn’t do to my car and then they wouldn’t own up to their responsibility of causing the problem. Appears the sales and technical depts wheel that I didn’t do to my car and then they wouldn’t own up to their responsibility of causing the problem. Appears the sales and technical depts were covering up their mistake. They are riding that line of being unethical with a smile on their face. They lost my respect when they just didn’t own it. All over a $150 which they were only willing to absorb half and l paid the other half. If I were a man I wonder how the conversation would have gone! More

If you are looking for a used car I highly recommend contacting Jack at Germain Lexus of Easton. He was great to work with and made the whole car buying experience pleasant. I called Germain Lexus to contacting Jack at Germain Lexus of Easton. He was great to work with and made the whole car buying experience pleasant. I called Germain Lexus to inquire about a couple cars on their lot, I talked to Jack, he answered all my questions and provided additional information that was very useful. I live in Cincinnati and it was well worth the drive to Columbus. Jack and Trey the Finance Manager made this the easiest car buying experience. I will definitely be purchasing all future vehicles from Jack and Germain Lexus of Easton. More
