Outstanding Customer Service Michaela recently helped us purchase a new van for our family. We weren't 100% ready to buy when we first contacted her, she was patient and understanding as we considered w us purchase a new van for our family. We weren't 100% ready to buy when we first contacted her, she was patient and understanding as we considered what we needed in a new vehicle. No pressure, just honest, open communication. Thankfully the van was still available when we were ready to purchase. We packed up all 4 kids and made the 2.5 hour drive to Jacksonville to see the vehicle. Michaela was ready for us when we arrived and had the van waiting. Michaela answered all of our questions without hesitation, was well researched on the features and history of the vehicle. She welcomed our children and made sure that they had everything they needed while we made our decision and called the insurance company to update coverage. Michaela gassed up the van and had it detailed while the title transfer paperwork was prepared. We could not have asked for more attentive service. Michaela walked us through the process and we had a great car-buying experience. 10/10 Would highly recommend! More
