Had my car in the service department twice problems were never addressed or resolved! The dealership needs serious help even the service department seem put out And wanted to complain to me about the dealership! Maybe it needs new leadership or management in service department! WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE IS NO HELP TO BE FOUND THERE!!! More

I was very frustrated. I dropped my car off on Tuesday night for an appointment the following morning. I was going out of town and planned on picking it up the following Mo I dropped my car off on Tuesday night for an appointment the following morning. I was going out of town and planned on picking it up the following Monday. I called on Friday because I hadn't heard anything. Nobody answered at Service. The receptionist/secretary said Bobby was out and she wasn't able to reach anyone else, but she would leave a message for ANYONE to give an update. Saturday, I called twice more because I still hadn't heard anything. Same routine. She was unable to reach anyone in the department, but she would leave a message for Bobby for Monday. About 11 a.m. Monday morning, I arrived at the dealership trying to find out the status. At this point, it was very inconvenient because I needed my car that day. The technician who helped me wasn't the one in charge of my vehicle, but he was able to find out that only 1 of the 3 services had been completed at that point. He made sure it was put at the front of the line and started as soon as possible. They were not long services, and I was able to get my car back later that afternoon. However, it is unacceptable that I was not given updates, that my calls were not returned, that I was never able to reach ANYONE in the department, and that 2 of 3 services requested weren't even started until I showed up on site requesting answers. Usually, I am very pleased with the service department. Not this time. I can't really rate Bobby because the ONLY interaction I had with him was when I picked up my vehicle. More
