Decent sales experience, still no title after 6 months. Have called multiple times with no answer. Have turned into BBB. Hiring an attorney next week. I have a new truck that I’m making payments on and I can’t even drive it. Pissed isn’t the word. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Just bought an Equinox. I called the dealer to see if the vehicle was available and spoke with Marino. He was very helpful and we set up an appointment to see the vehicle. He asked what we would like to see the car. After setting the appointment he said he would have the car cleaned up and ready. We pulled into the dealership and there was our Equinox all bright and shiny. Marino met us, we drove the vehicle snd fell In love with it. We loved the professionalism from Marino and the finance department. They wanted to be sure we were comfortable and kept us updated every step in the process. THEY MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! Left tool under hood that caused serpentine belt to come off track and severe damage and said it’s my problem not theirs. Customer service is terrible. I’ve been hung up on. Also they told me to wait another week and notify my extended warranty insurance which I believe they are telling me to be deceptive to the insurance. Their mechanic left a tool under the hood, I have witnesses. My 76 year old mother bought this car less than a month ago and the tool is certainly not hers! Plus they will ruin your credit by searching multiple banks in order to get a sale. With out my mom knowing it they searched 8 different banks to get a sale…..destroyed her credit!

I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call expecting the same story about how great the car is and I better hurry. However, when I called I spoke with Tom Gillum and was amazed at the low sales pressure and his straight forward honesty. I drove over two hours to this dealership and found the car just as he described. All the personnel working there were very friendly and honest and NO GAMES with the general manager. I was so impressed that I wanted to get the word out that there are honest dealers still out there. You can take them for their word on the phone or in person. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are great to deal with. Never thought I would give a car dealer a good review, but I was impressed!
