When buying a car you always wonder about the dealership and will they help you take care of your car. With Acura of Columbus you can stop worrying. I found myself in a situation where a dealership could have made it hard to get the proper solution. But not Acura of Columbus. Shannon the service manager is a certified master technician. He took the time to ride with me in the car and listen to me. Then he resolved the issue and convinced Acura it was a warranty issue. This could have gone the other way. It is nice to know this dealership has integrity

Matt Griffin explained service that needed done and was great at taking care of all my needs. First Class Unfortunately had to revise this review to worse rating. When I got vehicle back first time air quit working next day. When I took it back they said seal in air conditioner condenser was leaking so they put in new one. Then found leak in rear lines after replacing condenser and said it would be better for me to go to Dodge dealer because parts would be cheaper from Dodge so they could probably fix it cheaper. . When I took it to Dodge dealer in Marysville they said the seal was still leaking because they put wrong seal in so I had to pay the same amount again to Dodge dealer that I had paid to Honda first time. email: ddevers@yahoo.com

Recently purchased tires from and had them installed by Byers Imports. The service was prompt and courteous. The job took about an hour. The certified technician was well acquainted with tire pressure systems and took care not to damage the sensors mounted inside the wheel. I highly recommend.
