Did not buy my CX9 from them but after my call on a safety recall issue they had me bring the car right in and while I waited in their customers service area they fixed the problem and issued an insp safety recall issue they had me bring the car right in and while I waited in their customers service area they fixed the problem and issued an inspection sticker in less than the allotted time. Came in for some basic service: new tire instillation, oil change, state inspection. Was told it would take about 3.5 hours. Pros: - Service employees I interacted with are incredibly nice and profess oil change, state inspection. Was told it would take about 3.5 hours. Pros: - Service employees I interacted with are incredibly nice and professional. Jon is great. - Service seems to have been performed well - tires feel great, etc. Cons: - The job took over 5 hours. Expectations on time for the job were very poorly set. - I had to call for an update after 4ish hours had passed, was told it would be another 30 or so. Magically was ready in less than 20 after that. - No shuttle service or loaner car. I had to pay for my own Lyft to wait somewhere else. - I asked to not have the reminder sticker placed on my windshield. It was and I had to remove it later. - I was not asked if I wanted my car washed. When I arrived, it was wet and had water spots all over it after I had JUST washed it that morning. When I asked why it was wet and had water spots, they had to get a microfiber cloth from the Jeep service center next door and handed me a slightly dirty microfiber to dry it myself. - The inspection sticker was sloppily placed on my windshield - it's crooked and way higher up than normal. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership last year. I don't think I've ever left without being in a worse mood than I was when I arrived, including when I drove my car off the lot for the first time. More
