The dealership was clean and modern. We were greeted by Al as soon as we walked in. Given the current market, the CX-5 in the select trim wasn’t available so he suggested I drive the pre We were greeted by Al as soon as we walked in. We went to lunch and test drove another option down the road but I knew the CX-5 was the car for me. The whole process was easy and smooth. I would easily recommend 495 Mazda and Al to anyone! More

I took my car for routine service. The staff was quick and personable.The service manager came out to explained everything the did an told me of parts that would need attention in the The staff was quick and personable.The service manager came out to explained everything the did an told me of parts that would need attention in the near future. They went one step further and sent me a video of the work that was done and a visual of the areas that would be needing attention.
