Chris Soun (sales) was a very likeable guy who answered all our questions. Came in for a test drive at 9:45a and drove out with a car later that night at 6:15p. Eric White, the Business Manager was expeditious once we were able to sit with him. And although we had to wait 90+ min for that, (only 1 guy in the role that day and he was helping another) he made up for it when we were able to go over the paperwork. 495 Mazda seemed to have a good group of people working there and we liked the interaction that they all had with one another. All around enjoyable team and I appreciate their ability to make things happen! More
