Great dealership for a great deal I have purchased four Subaru's from this dealership and we keep coming back. This dealership, specifically Stephen Thuel, treated us fairly, he listened to what our needs were and did not try to over sell us something we did not need or want. We were offered offered a fair trade in price and a good deal on the vehical, with no need to haggle back and forth. I have always been satsfied with their service department and never feel they are padding the repair bills. They are always looking to keep the car in great running shape and if they find something unsafe they recommend the correct repair at a fair value. This time I purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester and very happy with the overall deal. Thanks Steve for a great experience! More

It didn't take us long to decide that this car is what we want and Chris helped us to find the color we like from a different dealer. I'll never go anywhere else! When I decided I wanted a new car, my first instinct was to head back to my "home" dealership to buy yet another Mazda (that would make it my third in When I decided I wanted a new car, my first instinct was to head back to my "home" dealership to buy yet another Mazda (that would make it my third in a row). However, when I went in to do a test drive, I was appalled by the terrible customer service. It stood in particularly sharp contrast to the treatment I received at AT Subaru. When I arrived with my friend, we were greeted in a friendly way by everyone. Our salesman never made me feel pressured or manipulated. He came along with us for test drives of both a Crosstrek and Impreza, spoke knowledgeably about both vehicles, and answered any questions. I told them I had plans to look at a few more dealerships that day and they said they'd be in touch. Unlike Mazda, who hounded me with emails and phone calls for days, Chris waited 48 hours to reach out because I'd told him I needed a few days to review my finances to make a decision. I told them I was sold on the Impreza over the phone and we made an appointment for me to come up the following Monday. Chris took the time (over the weekend AND while he was dealing with a sick family member!) to text or email me any documents I needed (credit application, VIN and other car info) so that I could get my loan and my insurance set up before I even came to get the car. That made the process so easy! When I went to pick it up, the paperwork was done quickly and simply. THEN someone came out with me to teach me how to use all the features and gadgets in the car! Even in the rain! She sat with me in the car, helped me sync up my phone, and made sure I was comfortable in the vehicle before driving away. My friend and my father were so pleased with the treatment I got, and the car itself, they have plans to come back within a year to make purchases of their own. I haven't had a new car since 2006, and I was dreading the hassle of buying one. I NEVER dreamed it would be a pleasant experience, but AT Subaru has changed my mind. More

I was able to negotiate a good price for a new car and received, what I believe to be a fair trade-in price as well. After the purchase I was thoroughly instructed as to the basic features of my new vehicle and I had the sense that no one was in a hurry to get me through the process. A and T Suburu is a relatively small, family owned dealership that remembers that people skills and attention to detail are important in making and keeping customers. All in all I had a great experience in buying a new car. They receive my highest recommendation. More
