Our consultant (Mike Perkins) at Columbus Acura seemed to care about our needs and attempted to achieve a "deal" ( without pressure) we could be happy to drive home. Even though Mike was new to the Acura sales department he answered all our questions/ involving others help if he was uncertain.We are thrilled with our MDX purchase. Ian was very thorough completing the paperwork as quickly as possible.
