Alex was AMAZING! I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this time I will make an exception. We were in the market to downsize from my GMC Yukon to a more I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this time I will make an exception. We were in the market to downsize from my GMC Yukon to a more economical vehicle for family trips and were shopping the local dealerships. We had just left a dealership down the street, when we were approached by Alex, he was pleasant, non-aggressive and made us feel like we were in the right place. He answered a number of questions and stayed with us through the entire process. We locked eyes on a 2012 Lexus IS350 and in a matter of minutes we were in negotiations in trading in my truck for the car. This happened late on Friday night at around 9 pm and Alex stayed there to ensure we were well taken care of and he made us feel as though we were his #1 priority at all times. He even took the time to encourage us to call or text him the following day with any outstanding questions or concerns. Alex is an amazing example of what the new generation of car salesmen should be! When we met Ray in finance, he and Alex were able to get us in and out of the dealership with a FABULOUS deal and in little to no time! This is truly how the car buying experience should go! More

Not only did he go above and beyond to listen to my needs and find me a car that worked perfect for me, he showed took the time to show me how all of the features of the car worked (and there A LOT!) when it came to the final negotiations, the sales manager, Ben Quail, got me a price that I felt was more than fair, and locked in an amazing interest rate that made my terms not only doable, but way better than I had hoped for!
