A Pleasurable Buying Experience I contacted the dealer through their on-line portal and found the car I was looking for. I sent a message asking to be contacted and shortly received I contacted the dealer through their on-line portal and found the car I was looking for. I sent a message asking to be contacted and shortly received a call from Fred Peralta. He was very pleasant and we talked about a price for the car and finally got to one that worked for both of us. I later decided to see about trading my Lexus RX350 in and worked with Paul Brown to get that worked out. I drove to the dealership from Tucson today and purchased the car. When I got there I met Fred and he got the paperwork started, took me to see my new car and I showed him my trade in. While the finance department was putting all the paperwork together, Fred gave me a guided tour of my new car, and there was a lot to learn. He knew how everything functioned and did a good job of explaining it, even when I had trouble understanding, he was very patient while. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend buying a car from Acura of Peoria. More

He was diligent in the follow up and finally found exactly what I was looking for and called me immediately to inform me. The buying experience with him from that point continued to get better with a level of professionalism and service that is not common these days. I also worked directly with the sales manager Paul and the GM Brijen who were equally courteous and professional. Great Team - Sales to Service! I've never met an unpleasant person at this dealership. I purchased a car from Jorge the first time around; he connected with me very well and it was I've never met an unpleasant person at this dealership. I purchased a car from Jorge the first time around; he connected with me very well and it was a very pleasant experience. Several months later I totaled that car. As soon as the dealership found out Matt, my service advisor whom I'd only met twice, called me to check on my wellbeing and urged me to head to the doctor to ensure I wasn't internally injured. Next the Ben (whom I never met), the general sales manager called to check on me. By this time we knew the car was going to be a total loss and he offered to put $1500 towards any lease or purchase to help me out. I stopped in that evening to check out the new inventory and met Fred. I told them that I was working on a deal with another dealership and they were eager and aggressive to beat whatever they offered. I visited the other dealership to test drive the car to ensure I didn't feel any remorse. What I felt while at the other dealership was nothing that I would've ever expected. I didn't feel the warm, cozy, genuine feeling that I had at Acura. The people were rude and condescending towards me. While sitting there running numbers with the other dealership I knew that this wasn't right. I wanted to come for service on my vehicle and feel welcomed! Be greeted by first name and asked how my dog was doing. I knew that wasn't going to happen at the other dealership. They weren't even polite when I was trying to give them business, for Pete's sake. I eagerly left the other dealership and texted Fred, who had reached out to me earlier that day providing a rate lower than what I initially asked for. Fred promptly responded to me, telling me my car was in the back waiting for me. When I walked in to Acura again, I knew I was in the right place. Greeted by name from the General Sales Manager and quickly meeting with Fred who constantly kept a smile on my face. We got all of the papers signed and Fred even helped me out in returning the rental car 20 minutes away. These guys will have a customer for life, with all of the great customer service and attention that I receive there. Greatest car buying experience out of any dealership that I've ever visited! More
