Buying a car is on our top 10 worst things to do list but Aaron Seabaugh made the process a lot easier. He is a gentleman and was very easy to work with in purchasing our vehicle. He and the dealership are very accommodating when it comes to having your vehicle serviced and also offer perks such as free car washes and loaner cars when needed. Sara provided me with outstanding customer service in the way she worked with me to put together a deal that I could afford for the car I wanted. During my time at the dealership I did not feel pressured or way she worked with me to put together a deal that I could afford for the car I wanted. During my time at the dealership I did not feel pressured or subjected to questionable sales tactics that other dealerships tried to lure me into signing with. When confronted with the different makes, models and options that were presented to me Sara was knowledgable in all the areas I was interested in and told me everything I needed to know about the different cars. My total time in the dealership was just under 4 hours and the car was actually delivered to my home at no charge. After dealing with other dealerships that seem to disregard the need for repeat business I can honestly say that my future car purchases and repairs will stay with this dealership and staff as song as this level of service continues. I shopped for a new full size luxury SUV for six months. I looked at Toyota, LEXUS, Infiniti, Buick, Cadillac, etc.. Finally I found and bought my dream, a 2014 Acura MDX. This was two weeks ago. After on I looked at Toyota, LEXUS, Infiniti, Buick, Cadillac, etc.. Finally I found and bought my dream, a 2014 Acura MDX. This was two weeks ago. After one week and 300 miles, the battery warning light came on. Initially the service department of Acura of Peoria told me that there was no problem detected. After a second visit, they agreed there was indeed a problem. They lent me a loaner and said this was not a mechanical problem and that there was no safety issue. Indeed, Acura USA did not have a fix for this situation. I expressed my disappointment and fear for my family's safety because I am a physician and not a mechanic. When Ben Quail heard all the details of this problem, he suggested I continue to use the loaner till Acura can remedy the problem.. This made me feel immensely more comfortable, and I am able to continue my daily travel activities courtesy of Ben and the wonderful staff at Peoria Acura. (thanks Ben) . I promise to get back to this board when I finally get my dream vehicle returned to me. Steve K More
After finding a few vehicles online that I was interested in I decided to visit the dealership to take a look around. Unfortunately, both of the vehicles I was originally interested in had very recently sol in I decided to visit the dealership to take a look around. Unfortunately, both of the vehicles I was originally interested in had very recently sold. However, Matt was very diligent and seeing what else might fit the parameters I provided. He was able to find a vehicle that not only met my parameters but also exceeded them. I thought the whole process went very smoothly. It was a very busy day when I visited but I did not have to wait long to complete the required paperwork. Overall it was a very easy experience and I was very happy that at no time did I feel pressured to decide right on the spot. I would recommend Matt and this dealership based on this transaction and the professionalism in which it was completed. More
I stopped at this dealer to look at used four door sedans, as my current vehicle was totaled in an accident. Eileen was helpful in showing me around the lot and knowledgeable about the vehicles for s sedans, as my current vehicle was totaled in an accident. The price was close to what I wanted, and Paul was willing to come down a few dollars to meet my budget. I purchased the vehicle for a fair price and appreciate the way I was treated by everyone I met. Even though I will probably pay cash when the insurance claim is final on my totaled car, the finance department found me a great loan and sent me home in the car that day. I buy another vehicle here, and would recommend this dealrship to anyone looking for a new vehicle.would gladly More
So I must amend my original review of both Acura of Peoria and Matthew Brunson. Overall I did have a great purchase experience but why would I have not this is their job and they did it very well and g Peoria and Matthew Brunson. However their follow up and communication after the sale is terrible. I purchased some add -ons for my vehicle and was told the day I purchased that someone would call me to set up an appointment to get this done. I did receive a call from Matthew a week or so after I purchased the vehicle to see how I was enjoying the car which was great. I asked again if I would be getting a call to set up my appointment and he assured me that I would. So I waited for a call and after another week and a half still no call so I called and was transferred and they couldn't find my paperwork and would have to call me back. So they called me back promptly and we set up an appointment for me to come in. I brought my car in and was given a loaner which was also great. I then received a call a few hours later that my car was ready. I got back to the dealership and when I said this was not what I asked to be put on my car when I purchased it they assured me it was. Well I had no paperwork with me so I left and my husband contacted Matthew and he did admit that it was his fault and would have to get back to him. Not sure why it wasn’t said to just bring the car back and they would install the correct item then. So after a few hours we called Matthew back and sat on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. In the end Matthew called back and we brought the car back and the correct item was installed. Had I just been told to call myself to set up the appointment I most likely wouldn’t be writing this review I probably would have even got past the mix-up. This was too much drama for me and it inconvenienced my family and me greatly. I will not be returning to Acura of Peoria or referring them to anyone I know. More

The options were many and it could have been quiet daunting,but Matthew took the time to advise me and guide me through these options. This meant alot to me on a personnel level as well because Matthew took care of all the details in this process. The only thing left for me to do, was to drive away in the car of my dreams!
