This dealer is the best. I spent three weeks trying to find the right car for my wife and I. I searched consumer reports, craigslist in various cites around the country, contacted a number of dealers mos find the right car for my wife and I. I searched consumer reports, craigslist in various cites around the country, contacted a number of dealers most of which showed little interest of dealing on the phone oe internet. These other dealers wanted me to "come in" so they could hit me with their " high pressure sales pitch", like going to a time share presentation. Not Acura of Peoria. I live about 140 miles from the dealership so I just wanted to buy an Acura without hassles and Aaron, the internet manager, and Paul, one of the sales managers bent over backwards to accommodate me. All of the negotiations were made either by e-mail or one the phone. I knew my drive away price before I left Tucson for Peoria. (had an e-mail confirmation). To be sure I was serious I was, over the phone, asked if i would put my down payment on my credit card so they could hold the car for me which I was more than willing to do. I would recommend that any of you out there consider this dealer ship as the place to buy. Sympathy for those that down rated this dealer ship. "5 stars" Thanks Aaron. More

I was given more for my trade in than I had expected. Aaron also contacted the previous owners to run down the second key that was missing. Overall, all of the people there treated us very nice. Aaron was great, not pushy, he actually talked to me, (the woman) and not just to my husband. Ray in finance was also great, gave us some great ideas on the financing to make it even cheaper that what we were going to do with our Credit Union. My friend has a new CTS that needed service and for a loaner car they went next door to the dealer and they were given a Chevy from Enterprise Car Rental. I bought a new TL in 2006, and why I bought this at this dealer was because of the excellent service and the reputation of Acura cars. My girlfriend and I visited the Acura of Peoria dealership in order to look into a few possible options for purchasing a new vehicle and trading in our '06 Mazda. As soon as we walked into the bui dealership in order to look into a few possible options for purchasing a new vehicle and trading in our '06 Mazda. As soon as we walked into the building we were greeted by Ryan Veretto in the service department. I told him why we were there and he quickly referred us to Aaron Seabaugh in sales. Aaron was very polite and respectfully showed us a pre-owned '09 Honda Accord they had in their lot. We took the vehicle for a test drive and it drove extremely well. I could immediately tell that the car had been kept in great condition, which was confirmed later when we were shown the Carfax report. Although we were hesitant about financing another vehicle, Aaron kindly allowed us to discuss our options together and did not pressure us into a sale, which dealerships so often do. This helped us to confirm that we were making the right choice and made for a pleasant buying experience. Once we determined that we were going to buy, Aaron quickly started the paperwork process. There were 2 initial issues with the car, (the windshield was cracked and the middle console was worn). Before we had even mentioned the issues however, Aaron had explained that Ryan Veretto in the service department had placed in a work order to have them both replaced immediately. The papers were finalized and the financing process was quick. We were in and out of there in just over 2 hours. We can truly say that we were impressed by the level of care and honesty at Acura of Peoria and we are very thankful to them (especially Aaron and Ryan) for giving us peace of mind and finding the perfect car for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new car. More

Mike King took great care of us when we went to get our complimentary oil change. He made sure the car was taken care of and he was incredibly polite. I have dealt with Ryan on three occasions. First, I got an oil change and he was professional and polite during our interaction. Later that day, the AC on our vehicle started having issues. I took it back to the dealer but unfortunately they were unable to duplicate the problem. I don't blame Ryan or the dealership because the problem was hard to pin point and it was rather sporadic at the time. The problem finally became obvious about two weeks later. I called the service department and they put me in contact with Ryan. Again, he was professional and very kind. I wanted to show him the problem and although he was busy, he found a technician to accompany me on a ride around the block so I could show someone the problem. I dropped the car off at 10AM and it was ready by 4PM. Ryan called to tell me that the finally located the source of the problem and it was covered under warranty so I wouldn't have to pay for anything. Ryan also made sure to have the car washed and the AC re-charged at no extra fee because this was my second time coming back for the same issue. I really appreciated the level of class, customer service and attentiveness provided by Ryan and everyone else at Acura of Peoria. Their service team makes my vehicle's issues a top priority even though I don't own an Acura. I appreciate everything they do and they have earned another loyal customer! More
