I found the car I wanted over the internet and first worked with Samantha Landeroz. She was absolutely fantastic communicating with he via my preferred methods (text and email during the work day). She also helped quickly move through the sales process and made me feel comfortable driving from Michigan to the Chicagoland area to finalize the purchase. Once at the dealership, Steve Grenfell and Tom Kerangis answered every question I had and respected my time and desire to have the process move quickly! They certainly did that and they were a pleasure to work with. This was the single best car buying experience of my life (this is my 5th new car).
