I think they really gave me a good deal on a nasty winter day! Traded in my 2015 Equinox with 176,000 miles on it. Brought 2020 Tahoe in for detailing.This caused 2 Brought 2020 Tahoe in for detailing. This caused 2 problems: Floor mats were removed from the car - had to wait 1 hour for them to be found. Rear Brought 2020 Tahoe in for detailing. This caused 2 problems: Floor mats were removed from the car - had to wait 1 hour for them to be found. Rear liftgate window was mal-functioning after the detailing - window popping open unexpectedly. Evidently this was caused by the detailing people. Went to another dealer (Martin) for examination / repairs. More

I am having a horrible experience with the truck center and my 2021 3500 silverado. They keep telling me my truck will be ready one day then the next they tell me they cant find the part, and now that im n and my 2021 3500 silverado. They keep telling me my truck will be ready one day then the next they tell me they cant find the part, and now that im number 200 waiting on this part that was supposedly arrived then lost now im # 200. It is the worse experience I've had with a dealership. I am tired of the run around. Will never come back. More
