I never got my car back in a timely manner. (waited over a week to get my car back after I was told it’s supposed to take 2-3 days). I had to hunt down service advisors everyday for updates regarding my car because they would not get back to me after saying that’d they would call me with updates. Sometimes those updates wouldn’t have answers to my questions. After paying $450+ my car is still having the same issues as before I brought it in.
