There was a young gentleman training with Frank who was great as well. Sorry I do not remember his name, however I wanted to mention how courteous he was taking the time to chat with us and answer questions while Frank was working on our transaction. Want to also mention the gentleman in finance. I also do not remember his name, however he was very efficient and explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. Our experience was excellent from the first phone call through the us driving off the lot with a new vehicle. We definitely reccomend Anderson Toyota. More

Fantastic! Spending 48 hours dealing with OTHER dealerships, I was about to pull out my hair! Then I tried my luck with Lexus of Rockford and got Keith Kruchten Spending 48 hours dealing with OTHER dealerships, I was about to pull out my hair! Then I tried my luck with Lexus of Rockford and got Keith Kruchten on the phone. That 6 minute call was by far superior to any experience I had with the other dealers in those past 2 days! I told Keith what I needed, asked for information and had him start the legwork. His responsiveness, transparency and demeanor were top notch!! We made an appointment for the next day with expectations set and he met each one of them, the process was quick and informative and the entire dealership was friendly and no pressure! i bought 2 cars in a month i have driven a cadillac for the last 20 years. i didn't like my last xts and stopped out of curiosity to look at a lexus. i walked into the dealer, i have driven a cadillac for the last 20 years. i didn't like my last xts and stopped out of curiosity to look at a lexus. i walked into the dealer, ran into chris beto, the lexus salesman who had the perfect used car to look at. i bought the car with less than an hour spent at the dealership. i believe i received a fair price for my cadillac, i received a fair price for the lexus, i bought the extended warranty and i was happy with that price. i am thrilled with the car. i did not spend any time negotiating for the car, what they proposed was fair. i traded in a car, purchased a used car and was completely happy with the entire process. thanks Chris, you were exactly right about the car. for the first time in 6 years i am driving a car that i love. update 1/30/20 the first lexus was a 2013 ls460. 4 weeks after i bought that one another ls460 came up that was a 2017. i loved the first car, the 2013, but i wanted a few technology updates, so i bought the 2017. same smooth, fair transaction. they were very considerate of my time.
