I have been working with service advisors for longer than I care to admit. Tony DiNunzio is the very best I have encountered. Tony is very clear in describing what needs to be done and the pros and cons of I care to admit. Tony DiNunzio is the very best I have encountered. Tony is very clear in describing what needs to be done and the pros and cons of each option. He lets me know in advance what maintenance items are coming up which helps manage expenses. I recommend Anderson Toyota to my friends because of Tony. In my book I have complete confidence in Tony as a trusted advisor!! More

I take both my newer Lexus and 1996 LX 450 here. Eric and Jeff are my Regular service advisors. Eric time to research an issue I was having and went above and beyond my expectations. Jeff’s always been helpful and courteous, as well. Even ‘Ginny’ at the front desk is kind and polite, a treat to work with! I will always take my vehicles to Lexus of Rockford for service, the way I was treated made a customer for life! Great dealership! Thanks, LofR! Also, the helped me steer clear of a used Land Cruiser from another dealer with a pre-purchase inspection... rusted frame that I couldn’t spot. THANKS Anderson Toyota & Tony! More

I went into the dealership for repairs on my 2011 4-Runner with 304,000 miles on it. I loved this vehicle and really wasn't quite ready to part with it. Frank and the staff at Anderson Toyota treate 4-Runner with 304,000 miles on it. I loved this vehicle and really wasn't quite ready to part with it. Frank and the staff at Anderson Toyota treated myself and my puppy, Izzy like family. After a few inquiries on the newer vehicles we took a couple test drives. The whole team bent over backwards to make my visit enjoyable and ultimately find me the vehicle I needed at a very reasonable price. I was already loyal to toyota and 4-runners. I am now loyal to Anderson Toyota because of the way I was treated by everyone there. More

Saved in Rockport Illinois at Anderson Toyota Lexus Our check-engine light came on the first day after leaving Minnesota for Florida. We were 80 miles west of Madison Wisconsin when the light came on. Our check-engine light came on the first day after leaving Minnesota for Florida. We were 80 miles west of Madison Wisconsin when the light came on. We called Madison Lexus and they seemed too busy to really help. My wife tried Rockport, Anderson Toyota Lexus, and got Eric Hoffman on the line. He said to come right in and they would take care of us. It was a great feeling to be rescued on our first day out. Eric took the car in for inspection right when we arrived about 1.5 hours later. They ran it through testing, found no issues (maybe a loose gas cap), reset the engine light and sent us down the road. It was great and you should be proud of that location and Eric Hoffman. Eric did not even charge for the inspection. I know they made me very happy to have chosen a Lexus. Jim Philip More
