Buying the car was like a conversation with a friend - Tyrone who was my salesperson began by explaining features of the automobile and easily accommodated my questions. After the test drive, we began the purchase process and, he continuously asked me questions about my requirements to ensure we stayed on point. He did those little things that distinguished him from the pushy salesperson that many of us have experienced. The bottom-line is an informed customer can make better decisions when purchasing a vehicle. In keeping with the process, he called me the following day to ask if I had any questions about my purchase. As well, we setup an appointment to better familiarize me with using the myriad of the vehicle’s features. More
