Audi Warranty Requirements Like many seasonal customers, I do not drive enough miles in a given year to justify mandatory service levels. Somehow it seems like a waste of time a Like many seasonal customers, I do not drive enough miles in a given year to justify mandatory service levels. Somehow it seems like a waste of time and natural resources to perform a 20k mile service package when a car has only 6500 miles. Somehow during the purchase of my car, I missed the “hidden” fact that Audi customers actually pay to keep their warranty coverage in effect for four years. My bad...I should have paid the $1k expense up front and accepted Audi’s incremental fee approach to their fund their warranties. Good News - Terrific Q7 SUV that drives great and meets my needs for space. My service advisor - Henry Garcia was very professional and competent to earn a top rating of 5. More
