Came into dealership was greeted instantly by an Asian lady. Upon entering Lou greeted me by name with enthusiasm. Lou was very awesome. He told me my 20k service would be 90minutes to 2 hours with a comp lady. Upon entering Lou greeted me by name with enthusiasm. Lou was very awesome.
