This was yet another awesome service experience. This service was scheduled during the spring checkup. I put the appointment on my calendar for one day later than intended. When I didn’t show, I received a notice advising me that I missed my appointment. I called and Dave told me to bring it in and that he and Mike Crader would take care of getting me serviced. Upon arrival I had a loaner waiting and the scheduled repairs were booked. This level of customer service validates my 35+ year service and sales relationship with Autohaus. Thank you! More
