Unhappy with the lack of help to find title to car financed by BMW and paid off in February of 2020. Service drops off once sales is made! This is why we will look elsewhere for the next vehicle. More

This year has been challenging with titles, more than any other year we've ever experienced and very sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. Peggy, I appreciate your offer to assist in finding our car title. I have already called BMW to find out the process. They are sending paperwork to reissue a title. As a female, I did not appreciate the way I was treated by Steve Emerson. He was dismissive and showed little interest in helping me with the missing title, that was financed by Autohaus BMW. If Autohaus is aware of a problem with titles, due to Covid, the appropriate response should have been an offer to assist in finding the title, as you have done. Not the response I received from Mr. Emerson. If Autohaus and Mr. Emerson believe that they "try to build a strong long lasting relationship with our customers" and "that they do care about our customers after the sale", this issue should have been resolved in Mr. Emersons office and not over DealerRater.
