Great service consistently I have had BMW’s from three different dealerships in the St. Louis area and this one provides a far more consistent experience in both the sales and s I have had BMW’s from three different dealerships in the St. Louis area and this one provides a far more consistent experience in both the sales and service areas. I never feel pressured, always get the facts, not just a wobbly opinion and feel as though I have associates I can trust. Between me and my wife we have owned 9 BMW’s and wouldn’t go anywhere else for service or the purchase of a BMW. More

Totally thoughtful Patti Kupfer is my service representative. She not only "just" does her job but wanted to make sure I was set for my waiting period. Patti made sure I had a location for my lattop to plug it in and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. She ALSO noticed a small dent on my car that I totally overlooked and since I am so careful where I park, (normally out outer 40 drive and then walk a country mile to the store or other locations) I was very surprised. I paid extra for the dent insurance so I was very grateful for her being an "eagle eye"! Having my own staffing business I look for special customer service skills in people and she receives a A+. More

I als brought to Ethan’s attention that my auto retailer had pointed out multiple defects in my wheels that were unrelated to wear and rear. My Service Advisor, Ethan Krysiak, Sales Advisor Renard LaSane & my BMW Genuis, Chris Buie examined the wheels and agreed that they did not meet the quality standards appropriate for the sale. After consultation with management, they agreed to refinish all four wheels less a discounted payment for recent curb rash damage. This dealership values its customers and the staff team is committed to advocate on their behalf.
