I scheduled an appointment and upon arrival BMW was ready for me. I was checked in quickly and smoothly and the waiting area offered a nice variety.. I have only been here 4 times. Once to buy, instructions not too great, I felt very rushed. Oil changes, efficient, but they don’t automatically rotate the tires?
