Autohaus BMW of St. Louis was a great dealership to work with. This was my first experience purchasing a BMW (2022 X2 - It was one of the dealership's loaner cars), an Louis was a great dealership to work with. This was my first experience purchasing a BMW (2022 X2 - It was one of the dealership's loaner cars), and also my first experience purchasing from out of state... We live in Minnesota. Steve Zitko was my sales person and he did an amazing job, I had a number of questions, requested additional photos and Steve was very responsive with every request. The car was in perfect condition as promised, and Steve made sure that both the car and transaction were 100% ready to go when we arrived. The transaction was super easy and we were on our way in less than one hour. The post-sale was also seamless, there were a few follow ups and Steve handled everyone in a very timely manner. Thank you Steve for making the experience so easy, I love my new car, it is so much fun to drive! If you're thinking about purchasing a car from Autohaus, even if you have to fly in to pick it up, don't hesitate to work with Steve - he's a true professional! More

Autohaus Dealership doesn't have the correct inventory or does not have real-time arrived on their inventory. I went to purchase a vehicle, and the vehicle I wanted Autohaus said the delivery date was 2 mon does not have real-time arrived on their inventory. I went to purchase a vehicle, and the vehicle I wanted Autohaus said the delivery date was 2 months away. So I went with a different one, and within five days, the vehicle I wanted arrived.
