Service coordinator, Patti, was good. When picking up my car later, the payment department did not separate the payments like I wanted. And no one showed me where my car was. Neither of us recall the name of the Chinese (as he revealed to us) service agent but the was very nice. However, we did speak to Irene Bhumgara for quite some time about getting our next car.
