Not only did Chris Clem get me in right away when my air cond went out when it was about 100* in STL, but he gave a nice new loaner with nice cold a/c. I came in 2 days in a row, after going to like 10 dealerships and Matt Viero was so patient and genuine. He was honest and upfront. He wasn't pushy or just trying to sell me anything. I never considered BMW prior to this past week, because one of the other locations I've always gone into was not friendly, dark and unwelcoming.
