Dropped car off at 8:30 for simple Service B. Was adamant that I needed my car back by 4:00. At 12 I was called saying I needed new wiper blades and tire balancing. Again, I stated to do it ONL Was adamant that I needed my car back by 4:00. At 12 I was called saying I needed new wiper blades and tire balancing. Again, I stated to do it ONLY if it could be done by 4. At 5:30 after a huge work inconvenience on my part, I was called to say the car was ready and dealer closed at 6. I went in the next morning at 9:30 to pick up and pay. It took over 20 minutes to get the car because despite being told it was “ready” only at that time was it sent to be washed and brought around. The annoying thing is I made a reservation ahead of time and they certainly didn’t seem to have the time for me. I thought I was being helpful by not requesting a loaner vehicle, but I will request one going forward. More
