My salesman, Daniel, was THE nicest-and most patient-young man I could have hoped for. We had communicated a few times by text prior to my meeting him. He was delightful in person. The car I saw online was the car I saw in the dealership and the keys I turned over for my trade were not "held hostage". I was in and out within TWO hours. Every single person I encountered was unfailingly pleasant. The sales manager, Nico, was a gem and the finance guy, Mike, was the biggest surprise. Talk about efficiency and NO HARD SELL.
