Anyone who says that buying a car is a painful experience has never been to BMW of Crystal Lake and had the team of professionals that we had when we ordered and picked up our new BMW M340i xDrive on October has never been to BMW of Crystal Lake and had the team of professionals that we had when we ordered and picked up our new BMW M340i xDrive on October 3, 2023. Michelle Canova, our sales representative, is a total professional and helped us through not only the acquisition of this car, but also the BMW M440i that we picked up in January. She and the entire team worked to make sure that we were totally satisfied with our purchase and made the experience an exciting EVENT. This is the 4th BMW we have gotten at BMW of Crystal Lake, so one can certainly see that we are TOTALLY satisfied with the level of service we get here.
