He said he never saw the email from 3 days earlier???But, he saw the newer email. Quite a shame as I and my niece both purchased s new X5 from BMW of Annapolis. More

I contact Mr. D'Souza on a Monday for an X3 that was in processing. I contacted him via email and phone on Tuesday and again on Wed morning without a response. I called the dealership and spoke to another advisor who said the car was just sold. Mr. D'Souza then sent me a reply the car was sold. Avoid him if you really are interested in a car as he is not responsive or customer focused. Terrible customer service. More
